01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 666x online casino and sportsbook platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the 666x website at 666x.cam and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering a 666x account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 666x Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026. 666x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to taking effect.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 666x Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino and sports betting activities in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of 666x or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the 666x Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

03 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming features on the 666x Platform, you are required to complete the account registration process truthfully and in full. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 666x is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals or at such other times as 666x may determine necessary. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, voter's ID)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account in your registered name)
• Source of funds documentation, where required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance obligations

666x reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is approved to the satisfaction of 666x compliance officers. Only one account per person is permitted. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 666x account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You must notify 666x customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. 666x will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

• Do not use the same password for your 666x account as for your GCash, PayMaya, or banking accounts.
• Enable any two-factor authentication or additional security features offered on the Platform when available.
• Always log out of your 666x account when using a shared or public device.
• 666x will never ask for your full password via email, SMS, or chat. Requests of this nature should be reported immediately.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: 666x accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All deposit amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed in the 666x cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals: All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being fully completed and approved. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timeframes are displayed in the 666x cashier. 666x targets same-session processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, though actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider.

• Withdrawals are subject to 666x's anti-money laundering screening procedures.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 666x reserves the right to conduct additional verification before approving a withdrawal of any amount.
• Any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a verified payment method will be held pending resolution.
• 666x is not responsible for delays caused by GCash, PayMaya, or banking processing times outside the Platform's control.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 666x may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the 666x Platform, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 666x promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real money funds first, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Maximum bet while playing with an active bonus is ₱500 per spin or round unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 666x reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where fraud, system abuse, or regulatory non-compliance is suspected.

07 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 666x Platform — including live dealer casino games, slots (including 666x original titles Rise of Apollo and Fortune Tree), bingo, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or section of the Platform.

In relation to sports betting, 666x applies the following general rules:

• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body or 666x's designated data provider.
• 666x reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has commenced where live odds were published in error.
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting a live in-play market, 666x may suspend or void affected bets at its discretion.
• Maximum stake limits per event and per market are displayed within the 666x sportsbook interface and may vary by sport, league, and market type.

For casino games, all 666x slot and live dealer outcomes are produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for compliance with internationally recognised fairness standards. 08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666x Platform. Engagement in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the 666x Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in 666x games or systems. Any such discovery must be reported immediately to support; exploiting a bug without reporting it constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sportsbook markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account operation.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your 666x account by any third party, including family members, agents, or intermediaries.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 666x Platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, logos, trademarks (including the 666x name and brand mark), text, audio, video, and game titles such as Rise of Apollo and Fortune Tree — is the exclusive intellectual property of 666x or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 666x content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 666x software or game.
• Use 666x trademarks, brand names, or game titles in any manner likely to cause confusion or association without authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 666x, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure login credentials.
• Disruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game data feeds or live sports results provided by third-party data suppliers.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, or Metrobank.
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

666x's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in your 666x account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 666x's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Responsible Gaming

666x is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all segments of the Filipino player community. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial distress or personal harm. To support this commitment, 666x provides all registered players with the following responsible gaming tools, available at no cost through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 666x account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a set duration of continuous play.

666x will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by Philippine law, and with payment processors and licensed game providers strictly to the extent necessary for service delivery.

13 Amendments to These Terms

666x reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 666x will provide registered players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to their account and/or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 666x Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting 666x customer support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 666x, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, players may also escalate complaints directly to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation in accordance with its published complaint-handling procedures.
